Kohala Cares – Weekly food donations
Fortunately – we have the people of the Big Island who care – starting with Kohala Cares – a new organization started by Sushi Rock founder Peter Pomeranze and Drew Chance. Since they saw the need to feed our community, they took action and started asking for donations. They shop and bag food for a weekly pickup at 4:30 PM at the Kohala Village Hub in Hawi. They can always use volunteers and perhaps more importantly can use your donations.
